Ahhh, food. I love it so much, yet it makes me so fat. I don’t care. I had a physical this month and let’s just say that the dietician and I didn’t get along so well. Either way, I am trying to eat healthy. I guess that these pictures don’t make it look that way? But they are yummy!
I went to Kowalski’s for lunch and grabbed some proscuitto, fig jam, manchego and gruyere cheese. WOW. Great combo. Then we had dinner with our friends at MozzaMia… Again, wow. Great pizza, great desserts and great limoncello.
Yes, I had some wine with my lunch.
Homemade and in the cutest little bottle

Well, it’s about time that I post a couple… I’ve taken photos every week, just not blogged. I am exhausted and I’m not sure why. It’s not super busy… but I’ve taken advantage of slow nights and weekends and just laid around. It’s been amazing. Anyways… You’ll see a couple of posts to catch me up.
This week I took some shots of snow. There’s alot of here in MN… I think more then we’ve ever had in the last 4 years. We went to the dog park to let Diohgé run around and I thought that the sunlight here was just gorgeous.

My first week on Project 52… And I have to tell you. I only took photos today. AHHHH… What a nice break. I took about 30 shots to get this one that I like. It was the first shot! I wonder if that means I’m getting better?
These are the chocolate pieces to a new Monopoly that I got from friends last night. I can’t wait to play/eat!
Means a new blog… I’ve decided not to continue the Project365, per sé. However, I will be trying my own twist. I loved doing the project and taking photos. Some days I had some great shots… some weeks I had some bad shots. So, I am going to try a “Project 52-365”. 🙂
I’ve already plotted out a theme for each week of the year. I am goaling myself to take at minimum 1 photo per week, but may often post more depending on how it’s going. I can focus more energy on taking a great photo vs. energy on just getting it done. Themes will include things like reflection, action, water, nature, dog, holidays, self portrait, etc.
This week’s theme… COLOR. No photo today… but a new look to the website and a new idea for a new year. Welcome 2011!
