Layla, the other sibling who needs attention… Home today from the hospital with Baby Max and Layla needed some attention. She’s actually doing pretty well with the new baby.

Traveled to Columbus today to visit my Max. He’s so adorable!! Sleepy, snuggly, warm, soft and that newborn smell.
And that was after a first class flight!

Fun day today! Well… Kind of. I woke up and went to Tria, an orthopedic urgent care. I had my arm checked out and in 30 mins I was x-rayed, diagnosed and out of there.
Yes, I broke my elbow. Fun times.
Then we went to the Beer Dabbler with our good friends Patrick and Susie. We had a great time sampling beers from all over. It was outside… So we bundled up big time. Moments of heated (read: hot paws) feet, sweaty neck and just good ol’ beer jackets. Good times…

Well, this is a day. A BIRTH DAY! It was such a good day… besides the fact that it was crazy at work, besides the fact that I have to go get an Xray on my arm tomorrow… It was wonderful. I got to celebrate some great Birth Days today.
First, we went out to dinner with some great friends via the Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse. Great times. I took a ton of photos… no editing tonight. Just the real stuff.
However, I also got to celebrate a great BIRTH DAY for my new nephew Maxden Thomas Pfeifer! He was born today in Ohio at 3:58 pm, weighing in at 8 lbs 9 oz and 21 in long. We first met on FaceTime (THANK YOU APPLE!) and I was so excited. I fly home Sunday to see him for a week. 🙂
