We had a tenant move out last night from the townhome. So we went over today to inspect damages and make plans for a new tenant to move in. It was ridiculously worse than we expected. Walls ruined, filthy like it had never been cleaned, carpets ruined and trash in the driveway. Just not cool.

After running errands all day, we made a great dinner tonight. It was partially to celebrate my 15 yr anniversary at Target, partially just because I wanted one. I opened up the bottle of wine that I made last year in Napa. It was yummy!
