Well, it’s begun. Ben, Patrick and I all flew into Portland for a weekend of fun and debauchery. Wines, beers, and then more wines and beers. The flight was beautiful with clouds and mountains and guys arguing over armrests.

When we landed, we took the train into the city. The Kimpton is my hotel of choice and they didn’t disappoint. We got to each of our rooms and found a bucket of beers, cheez-its, peanut m&ms and postcards. All my favorites! And they have us adjoining rooms.

We enjoyed a great dinner outside on the patio at the Thirsty Lion. I can’t wait for the rest of the weekend!
