I was told that in Booster days of the diet (when you have to break things up), you can only eat citrus as your fruit. I thought I’d get it started early and the pooches LOVE the smell.

Lots done today including another OTF a workout. The sun was out and it was a gorgeous day!

Today was a blast! First, I weighed in and am down 22lbs. Then we went wedding tasting with MMZ… First a local wine shop and then pizza from Little G’s pizza truck. The pizza was pretty good so we hired him! Tonight we went to the Sarah McLachlan concert and she was great… Lots of her classic music which I loved!

We went to dinner tonight with MKBK. The Twin City Grille steak was delicious, but the 3 bites of banana cream pie was AMAZING.

Well, today’s over!! It was a long day, but super fun. I had the opportunity to speak several times today… Once on the big stage and several times leading training sessions. It was a blast, but I am exhausted!! Off to bed… Oh, and I got to use a Janet Jackson mic! WOOT!
