Memorial Day! Thanks to all the veterans… In your honor, I enjoyed some Murphy Goode Operation Homefront Cab. Yum.

I made some delicious bacon wrapped apples smothered in a brown sugar glaze. I’ve named them Unicorn Kisses since clearly that’s the only other thing that can be that amazing.

At the end of the bottle, it cried.

When we came home, the usual positions were taken for nap time.

The end.

Day 151

Happy Memorial Day…

Truman Village

So, weird photo for Memorial Day… but to me, it symbolizes freedom. My friends call this place Truman Village from the movie Truman Show. But, we wouldn’t have this perfect community with flags flying, great skies, beautiful landscaping, etc, if we didn’t have our freedom. Thanks to the soldiers who are fighting or have fought to keep our country the way that we want it… Thanks to my dad, grandfather, Uncle Gale, Uncle Danny, cousin Billy, brother-in-law Matt and probably others that I’m not naming.
