After an offsite today at my boss’s house, I rushed home to finish up some fall clean up. We had one big pile of leaves to clean up and I wanted to get the deck furniture put away in the shed. Done and done! The dogs had fun running around in the leaf pile… And I hated looking all over the yard to see so many more leaves. Ugh.

I spent most of my day outside leaf blowing and bagging all of fall’s glory. Tip: If you are buying a house and it has 37 trees in the backyard, don’t.
We spent the morning sleeping in and relaxing before making the trek down to Farmington. We spent the afternoon and evening with the Kinglands. We haven’t seen them in forever! All of us loaded up and went to the Apple Orchard and took a hay ride, ate some mini donuts and enjoyed some cider. Back at the house, we played with new mixology dice that Joe got for his birthday. Amazing!! My favorite was the tequila with fresh orange and agave to sweeten. Yum!
Tonight we said goodbye to our friend Jen. She decided to pack up and move on an adventure to NYC! We had a great dinner at a new (to us) restaurant in Wayzata.
Devo tore open his ear again so he’s back in a cone… For 14 days! He has figured out how to store toys in here for chewing later.
