Today was jam-packed fun! We started out at the dog park where the pooches had a blast running around with the pack. Then MB and I went up to Rodgers and I was able to shoot my first set of handguns. It was a blast! And I did pretty good!
This afternoon I met up with Dave again and we had two photoshoots… One engagement and one family (our friends JSOE). It was pretty fun and beautiful at the arboretum.
Tonight JSOE came over and we had some pizza, cookies and great conversation.
Dave had a wedding to shoot today and I desperately needed some time to decompress/catch up. So the pooches offered to go play at Hound Dog and I was able to get a ton done… Shopping/returns, wine tasting, 3 hours at Sbux catching up on work, paid bills, wrote a wedding ceremony and watched some TV. Thanks boys!
After a really long week at work, it was nice to relax with friends at the Kitchen Window. We took a 6-course cooking class based on fall apple orchards. It was delicious!! And super easy.
Today I hosted a bowling party for my leadership team, previous and new, to team build. It was a blast! Of course I forgot to take a photo, so insert that here.
Then Dave and I headed to Kieran’s to celebrate Finnegan’s release of the Dead Irish Poet. Yum!! So happy it’s out, but so sad it’s only for a limited time.
And of course I needed a selfie with this boy.
