The Puppers and I had a fun day today. First we went to the dog park where he got to play with his girlfriend Lucy.
When we got home, he napped and I ran my own 5K. I signed up for one yesterday, but it was so rainy I didn’t go. But I still wanted to finish. So I ran it today at home and beat my time by one minute!
To reward ourselves for so much hard work, we went to DQ tonight. Diohgé loves ice cream!
Today was a big day!! It was the Twin Cities Valentine’s Day 5K… And my first 5K run! It was a blast. Here we are gearing up to run.
At the finish line (not my photo obvi). 43:30 which is under a 15 min mile… It’s a start!
Then we went to celebrate at Cooper’s Irish Pub where Finnegan’s was on special, of course.
Then Marina and I went out to a movie. She found her alter-ego.
Diohgé was very proud and gave me some kisses.
