It’s been a long week and is going to be a fun week coming up. Lots of work… Lots of exciting projects. And I work with the best team. They are great…
And of course this pooch is so much fun. He needs to have his paws on us when we are snuggling. I’m excited that my trips for tomorrow and next week got cancelled so I can stay home with him!
Long day… Busy recapping, prepping, scrambling and meeting.
I guess we were all busy… Even the boys at home!
Today was the P!nk concert. After Dave and I had a great dinner at Zelo, we headed over to see the concert which was pretty awesome. She does a ton of acrobatic moves and flies all over the place!
When we got home, Diohgé clearly expected it to be play time.
Waking up to this:
Leaves someone feeling “blue” all day. I kept on waiting for an email that work was closed, but nope. So I went in and still had a normal day.
Pooch had a blast playing at daycare in the warmth. He’s so tired…
I did get about 3 phone calls from my sister tonight. She called a lot last night too. But really, it was Max (2yo) calling me. I’m sure he was asking what he’s getting for his birthday.
Let me tell you… I was productive today! I woke up, took down the second tree, cleaned up the rest of the Christmas stuff, put it all away, cleaned the house and then headed for the dog park… All by 11!
Yes, it was -5 out and -23 windchill. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. The dog loved it!
This afternoon I cleaned up a bit more and got ready to have friends over for dinner. One old friend and he introduced us to someone new. We had a blast!
Now off to bed to try and stay warm before the -60 windchill weather tomorrow.
