I was on a “jet” trip around MSP today (SUV trip). We ended up at a Dick’s Sporting Goods and Cabella’s shopping for fishing gear for a friend. Walking through and seeing all of the lures, rods and tackle boxes reminded me of my dad.
Then I found out later tonight that a good friend who helped me through my dad’s situation lost her mom tonight to a battle with cancer as well. 😦
Round one complete.
Last full day in NYC… Day of work and then evening of fun! We stopped by Saturday’s Surf in Soho and the line was longer for the coffee then the product. Amazing cappuccino.
I almost made my own Converse shoes, but just didn’t have enough time. Then we had some dinner and saw the Book of Mormon show. So hilarious…
Today was work in NYC… We had an offsite to discuss the future of the store. Lots of fast paced shopping, brainstorming and then eating.

Got alot done today!! I played with the pooch, did laundry, went to the bank, listened to some Whitney, Target x4, found a suit at Macy’s, picked up a prescription, made dinner, went to Whole Food Market.
Feeling very accomplished.
