Well, today was the big day!! The day I got to meet all of Mary’s friends and see some old ones! And it was Mary’s half marathon day too, I guess.

Here’s Mary at 6:30 all energetic and trying to organize things.

Several friends came over and we immediately began the Bloody Mary bar. I mean, priorities. And meet Joe… Mary’s number one fan.

We followed her around to 4 of the stops and had a little white board to “motivate” her to continue.
Things like “The Clowns are Coming.” Or “Aaron Rodgers is at the finish line.”

And of course, the big finish! Mary completed in under her goal time. The taste of victory.

In our pet portion of the day, Diohge was texting me. So cute!

Audie somehow knows how allergic I am to cats. So, she likes to crawl right up into my lap.
