Finally! A good day with some exciting news. First, I had a great day at work where I actually got some time to work in projects and email and just organizing myself. And I got to meet more of the team! I should have known it’d be a good day when I saw this…

Then this evening we finally got the news we’d been waiting on. Earlier this week, we found out the mortgage underwriter was challenging the appraisal value on our house. Long story short, we could lose the house. BUT, we got the news that the review was cancelled! Woo hoo!

To celebrate, we all went out and had some dessert. The pooch wanted more than his fair share.

Well, it had to start some time. Now at least I feel productive and will probably get the urge to continue tomorrow.

Pooch, Beth, Bailey and I all went to the dog park. Diohgé found a new dog to stalk and he was on him like glue.

What an amazing day! So many celebrations…

First, Dave waited in line and got us our new iPhone 5S’s. It’s great to finally have a new phone after 2 years with the 4S. The first photo…

Then we got the final word that the sellers are meeting our requests after the inspection. The house is ours!!

And finally, we went to a friend’s wedding. It was really beautiful set out in the woods with a barn setting for the reception. Lots of fun! Here’s Matthew giving the best man speech.

Poochy Pup!! It’s been 3 amazing years of life with our first dog. We brought home this little pup from Iowa adter he jumped into Dave’s lap. He was so nervous, but so cute.
