A new year, a new 365. I haven’t given much thought to if I want to theme my blog this year. If you have an idea, let me know!
However, today was great for relaxing. After waking up a bit late, I made some coffee and headed downstairs to chill out by the fire. We watched two movies, I got a little work done, setup my new iPad.
The pooches also did the same. Lots of relaxing.
No big summary of the year… Just another amazing day with amazing friends. We had a great time at the Wild game with the cutie Zara…
We had a couple of pooches in the window watching for us.
And we had some great friends over for dinner and a New Year’s celebration. The pooch and I got a NY kiss.
And well, here’s one summary of 2013… It was a great year: Promotions, vacations, new jobs, new house and engagement!!

This morning we rushed to get ready and have another cold and blustery morning at the dog park. It was snowing a lot more today which was fun. Dave looked like he was a snow-covered eyelash model.

But the best part of the day was going gun shopping! Matthew and Beth took us and we went to both Cabela’s and Gander Mountain. After much debate and one quick phone call, I settled on a used Browning Citori XS Ultra. It’s real purty. I can’t wait to use it!
Today was a negative temp day. It never got above zero and the windchill was typically double digit negative.
Have no fear! We put on several layers and made our way out to the dog park mid afternoon. The dogs loved it!
The rest of the day was spent relaxing, moving photos around the computer, watching TV, etc.
Today was for organizing and relaxing.
Massage – check. Starbucks – check. Cleaning up the house – check. Reading a new book – check. Organizing photos – check.
Pooches played out and sleeping – check.
