Fall National Meeting!! Lots of red & khaki running around downtown, a big meeting full of strategy and recaps of previous performance… Oh, and a couple of concerts.

Had dinner on a patio tonight and had this little guy join us. He was really nice… great conversation, but moved around alot. Shifty. I think that this is a Hickory Tussock Moth.

One Photo Series?
We went to the Minnesota Arboretum today to shoot some photos. I love LOVE tulips and wanted to see them before they all went out of bloom. The place was amazing… well worth the membership. I got some great shots and I couldn’t just choose one.

The DPS website (awesome, BTW) was hosting an “eye” challenge this weekend. Some pretty cool shots out there. I wanted to participate IF I could get the right photo… not just to do it. I was walking to open the patio door and found the insect on the screen. I grabbed my macro and started shooting. I feel like he was giving me the side eye, “Let me in!”
As I was uploading the photo, I was playing with Bailey (and the squirrels). She had this great look of desire in her eyes. And it helped that she would ignore the camera to stare at the squirrel that was squeezing to get her attention. Perfect.
