Ah, a glorious day!!
The Duke and Duchess had their royal baby today! It was very exciting to read and see all of the tradition and history. A town crier, the official notification on the easel, tomorrow’s gun salute, calls to the Queen and the Commonwealth leaders.

Dave made a special dinner for the occasion. Chicken Parmesan with Bucatini. Yum!
And the pooch and I took a long walk tonight. He enjoyed the sun and the views.
Today was crazy…. Crazy busy, crazy fun and crazy exciting! Dave participated in his first wedding fair with DM Photographs.
I’ll admit, listening to his plans for the last several weeks stressed me out because one idea was bigger than the next. I was more stressed when I arrived and saw the space. BUT, it was pretty awesome! It all came together and I’m pretty sure we had the best booth…
Photo booth, contests, snacks, water, couches, albums, videos, music, make up artist… I mean…
I even took some time for fun in the booth!
The pooch was super tuckered from his big day out too.
Then we had a great dinner at Cafe Lurcat with Matthew and Beth. Their Sunday date night dinner is great! The dessert… Salted caramel Ice cream with lemon shortbread cookies and cinnamon mini donuts!
Today was all about health… My standing desk was installed and I am so excited! I loved it for today, but who knows how long that will last.
Then for dinner, I made some chicken kabobs and grilled veggies for dinner. Yum.
I also have decided to go alcohol free for about 4 months… (Results in my Florida trip.) I will give myself 5 day passes, but those are only for special occasions! Another health moment…
Pooch decided it was time to play chase before bed. So funny with his hide and seek peeking.
We had a great day today… The weather was gorgeous,
I made pancakes after sleeping in, we walked the pooch for about an hour…
We had a great dinner at Hell’s Kitchen with our good friend Scott. It was yummy!
Their peanut butter is to die for, so we brought some home. I can’t wait to have toast in the morning!
This morning pooch and I were leaving to go to daycare. He was so excited that he decided to take Mickey with him for what I could only assume was show and tell. Hilarious!
Tonight we had dinner with some great friends at Moscow Hill in St. Paul. It’s a Russian restaurant with great vodka drinks and even better dishes. Before we went, we met at the VonKissel’s for a drink and enjoyed the nature in the yard.
When we got back, the power was out at their house from the storm. Disco party with the flashlights!!
