I had a great day working from home… Kept in touch via email, took some phone calls and got some projects done. At the same time, also got an oil change, some pants fixed and picked up a spin bike.
I got a special housewarming gift … From myself! I can’t wait to use it!
Tonight we headed to the annual Finnegan’s Happy Hour. Lots of fun with lots of friends! Wow Mom!
This boy was upset when his dad went to bed. I wanted to watch some TV and he joined me.
Today was a blast! We volunteered with Finnegan’s at the Irish Fair. Dave was the resident photographer while I signed up new volunteers and did tattoos.
The best part was when a judge for the cocktail contest didn’t show up and I “had” to fill in! So, I get to “volunteer” by tasting 12 cocktails made with Finnegan’s? Okay! They were delightful!

Finally, after several long years, our friends the McCallisters moved to town! We are so excited to have them close by… And we got to meet our niece Zara! She’s very cute and well behaved.
Diohgé joined us, but he and Chef weren’t besties. So he wanted to go home and sleep.
This sweet boy and I had some snuggles today. I love him!
Tonight we volunteered for Finnegan’s at Brew at the Zoo. We had a blast! Becca and Nick joined us to volunteer and they did a great job selling the brand. Lots of people enjoyed the Blonde!
Vacation baby!! I left work today at 2:30 so that I could start my vacation… With beer! A good friend and I enjoyed a few beers at the Local to start the fun.
Then tonight Dave and I attended another charity auction through Target. We might have purchased a little trip in the live auction. I guess 2013 will be the year of trips. And we also won a dual membership to the YMCA (paid $50 and worth $1280!!). I’ll be selling that later.
Of course we had to come home and see that innocent looking pooch.
Becca’s graduation party today! We had a nice time and some delicious food.
When we got home I was busy slaving away in the kitchen while these 3 took some naps.
But I did have fun planning for our Napa trip!!
