I had a great day working from home… Kept in touch via email, took some phone calls and got some projects done. At the same time, also got an oil change, some pants fixed and picked up a spin bike.
I got a special housewarming gift … From myself! I can’t wait to use it!
Tonight we headed to the annual Finnegan’s Happy Hour. Lots of fun with lots of friends! Wow Mom!
This boy was upset when his dad went to bed. I wanted to watch some TV and he joined me.
4th of July!! A day to celebrate America’s birthday with friends, family and SHOOTING!!
I had so much fun shooting today… A couple of us went to a range in Prior Lake and shot through 2 courses of clay pigeons. Super fun for my first time! I ended at 40%, which I didn’t think was so bad.
After taking a short nap, Diohgé and I went to the Mulhair’s for a great evening with a ton of new friends. And of course some old ones too…
And a gorgeous sunset on the way home.
Now pooch and I are relaxing at home watching some Apple TV movies. 🙂
First, I’d like to say that I miss my poochy pup. I saw several today and it reminded me… Perhaps his sitters will post a pic?
However, it has been a great St. Patrick’s Day! We started out with a big breakfast and then a long walk in the rain. After waiting around in Burger King, we found a prime location on the street and were ready to rock and roll for the parade.
The parade had very different portions… Marching bands, dancers and weird floats/costumes. Either way, it was fun.
Afterwards, we hopped the train for Dalkey to visit Finnegan’s Pub, a friend of the beer that we volunteer for… And we had a care package. The owner’s son Donal was so happy that he called Jacquie on the spot and gave us free pints!
After a great meal, we came back to Dublin and visited the Irish Craft Beer Festival. Yum!
And I leave you with a final St. Patrick’s Day tradition… Shamrock on your collar!
I enjoyed NY’s Day by starting out with a yummy brunch. My cousins Kim and Pete joined us! I got to use my new pancake/cupcake dispenser.
And then of course the photo of the dog!
Amazing way to end a great year! Celebrating with great friends… Baby Claire came to join us and we had a nice group shot. (Unfortunately, J/Jare missing!!
