Today was a good day in the Ville. We had another Thanksgiving in Morocco with the Knoenzer family. Great good, fun games. Then we had dinner with the Mesarch side at an Irish Pub. Note: The countdown clock to St. Pat’s in the same one from my Day One photo! I love the Irish Christmas tree. 🙂

Q is for Quintessential…

Q is for Quintessential Meal... Corned Beef and Cabbage

Q is for Quintessential for Irish Drinks...

Ahh… My favorite day of the year. Not because I get to drink. Not because I am part Irish. But because the whole world stops what they are doing, celebrates and enjoys each other. Well, maybe not the whole world… but my whole world!

I was thinking through how could I possibly do a Q word and one that is GREEN for St. Pat’s Day. I was struggling. I had some creative ideas. But, I think that this is fun… Quintessential (defined as “the most typical example or representative”) was perfect… I always have the Quintessential meal and drink on St. Patrick’s Day. Every year. No matter what.

Q is for my Quintessential way to celebrate my favorite day. Happy St. Patrick’s Day Friends, Family and Lovers worldwide!

J is for alot of things! First, I thought of my good friends… so, J is for Jews!! And Becca has “Jewbs!” (Jewish Boobs!) But then I worried about deviating from my theme of all things Irish… Therefore, J is for John Jameson Irish Whiskey! Happy St. Pats!
